Travel Bank accounts are created automatically, when we need to issue a refund or residual refund for specific fare types. You cannot sign up for Travel Bank.
The creation of your account will be confirmed by email. You will receive a Welcome to Travel Bank email with your account number and login details.

- By calling the Canadian North Customer Contact Center 1 800 267 1247
Travel Bank funds will be valid for up to 365 days from the original date of issue.
Your Travel Bank funds are valid for booking until the expiry date of each credit. Expiry dates can be viewed by logging into your Travel Bank. Travel must be booked but does not need to be completed by the applicable expiry date.
Travel Bank funds cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable to another person. However, you may use your Travel Bank funds to purchase an eligible flight for another person.
